Suksham Gyan Kala Vikas Council (SGKVC) is an autonomous organization under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), an institution under the Ministry of Education (earlier known as Ministry of Human Resources and Development). SGKVC is a national program for popularizing science among school students of standard VI to XI, and Technical Institutes conceptualised to identify the bright minds with a scientific aptitude among the student community.
